Treatment Prep

Apply anti-viral cream one week prior to treatment if prone to cold sores.

Avoid direct sun exposure and active topicals, such as retinol, retinoids, AHA’s and BHA’s, 3-5 days days prior to treatment.

Use broad-spectrum SPF daily.

No facial treatments 2 weeks prior to treatment.

Discomfort & Downtime

During treatment, clients may experience a brief and mild stinging or tingling.

With little to no downtime, most people can return to their normal activities immediately or within a day. Makeup can be applied after 24 hours.

Clients may experience mild redness, dryness, and flaking similar to a sunburn for a few days after the peel.

Results

Results will typically become visible within 3-7 days once the skin starts to shed and reveals a brighter, smoother layer underneath. Full results become more noticeable after 1-2 weeks and may continue to improve over the next few weeks as collagen production increases.

A course of 3-6 treatments is recommended for optimal results, spaced 2-5 weeks apart, with an annual maintenance treatment to maintain results.
