Please note: New clients booking RF Microneedling MUST attend a 30 minute, face-to-face or virtual consultation at least ten days prior to their first treatment. This is to discuss skin concerns, skin goals, lifestyle and medical history, and to make sure the skin is well prepped for maximum treatment effectiveness and to minimise risks.

The £20 consultation fee is deductible against any treatments booked, subject to suitability, or skincare products.

All bookings require a £20 deposit upfront. Treatment deposits are non-refundable for clients who fail to attend their appointment or provide less than 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Clients who cancel with at least 24 hours' notice will be eligible for a full refund of their deposit.
